Yes, we offer a 14-day proof of concept for qualified businesses. This allows you to test our infrastructure with your actual workloads before committing to a plan.

How is pricing calculated?
Our pricing is based on the resources you use: vCPUs, memory, storage, and data transfer. We offer both fixed monthly plans and custom configurations. All plans include base support and monitoring.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts for Small Business and Professional plans.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, Enterprise clients and those with annual commitments are eligible for volume discounts. Contact our sales team to discuss pricing for larger deployments.

We offer tiered SLAs: 99.9% for Small Business, 99.99% for Professional, and 99.999% for Enterprise. If we fail to meet your SLA, you receive service credits automatically.
