These Terms of Service govern your use of Dev Cluster services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using Dev Cluster's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Dev Cluster provides cloud infrastructure services including virtual machines, container orchestration, managed databases, AI/ML services, and related managed services as described in our service documentation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Services are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after reasonable notice.
Our uptime commitments and remedies for service failures are described in our SLA document, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Dev Cluster retains all intellectual property rights to its platform and services. You retain all rights to your data and content hosted on our infrastructure.
Dev Cluster's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
